You order will be shipping within 1-2 business days, excluding weekend and Federal holidays.

You will receive tracking information in the shipment confirmation email. If you see that your order hasn't moved in a few days, or is stuck in transit, please reach out to us at hello@dushyant.la and we will get it sorted for you.

For US domestic orders over $100, shipping is free! 
For US domestic orders under $100, there is a flat fee of $5 for shipping.  
For international orders, we charge shipping fee based on the destination.

You will be charged taxes based on your shipping address.

We ship to most countries.

• Unworn and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the garment.
• We must receive the returned garment back within 30 days of the order's original delivery date.
• Any items that are used, washed or have their tags removed will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• For international orders (orders shipped to outside the contiguous US), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• ALL sale items are final purchase. No returns or exchanges on sale items.

• To start a return or exchange, please send an email to hello@dushyant.la. In your email, please include your Order Number. We will not be able to start the return/exchange process without the Order Number. Please DO NOT send us your garment until you have established contact with us by sending us an email.
• For returns, if you'd like to use our pre-paid return label, please note that $8 will be deducted for each item from your refund amount.
• For domestic US exchanges, we are happy to take care of return shipping.
• For international orders (orders shipped to outside the contiguous US), the customer is responsible for return shipping. 
• If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  Please record the tracking number of your return in case the package is lost or stolen.

Once we receive the garment, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

Our shirts/garments are made with hand-crafted fabrics.  As such, they require special care when washing and drying. Please see below for care instructions.

• FIRST WASH: For the first 2-3 washes, please wash the shirt/garment by hand, or separately by itself. Some garments may bleed color.
• WASH: After the first 2-3 washes, you can machine wash the garment/shirt in cold water with like colors.
• DRY: Please hang dry or line dry the garment/shirt. Please do not use the dryer.
• IRON: Warm iron, as needed.

We include a Garment Care postcard with each order. When in doubt, refer to the instructions mentioned on the Garment Care postcard.

For shirts that require dry-cleaning, the appropriate care label will be sewn on the shirt.

Our bandanas are printed on 100% cotton fabric and can be washed in a washing machine, at cold water setting.

Please hang-dry the bandanas.

The more you use the bandanas, the softer they will get.

We design our fabrics at our Los Angeles studio. We then spend time in India working directly with fabric artisans and weavers to bring our designs to life. Our fabrics are hand block-printed, hand screen-printed, hand-dyed and hand-loomed.

We work with two family run tailoring units.  Each unit has 4-6 tailors under the tutelage of a master tailor.  The garments are hand-cut by the master tailor and tailored from start to finish by the same tailor.

We make our shirts true to standard contemporary sizing.
